Your Service
  • Container Placement: Please be sure to place all garbage, green waste and recycling inside the correct cart and close all lids flat. Automated trucks service the carts, so items placed outside the cart cannot be serviced. Please contact us prior to your collection day to alert them of addtional items. A fee may be required and you will need to attain an extra service sticker.
  • Curbside: Place your cart at the curb by 5:00 a.m. on your regular collection day. Carts should be in a visible location with the wheels lined up against the curb and at least 3 feet apart and 6 feet away from mailboxes, trees, basketball hoops, cars or other stationary objects.
  • Weekly Schedule: All three carts are emptied on the same day by different trucks. If convenient for you, you may choose to set out your recycling or green waste only when full, which might not be every week.
